The European Union has fashioned a degree EN 13402 proposed to reinstate presented standards in the organ countries. This is not yet in public use.

The United Kingdom has an unfilled pennant for women's clothing BS 3666:1982, however this is seldom followed by manufacturers as it defines sizes in provisos of hip and bust measurements only within a narrow variety. See agenda of sizes. This has resulted in variations between manufacturers and a penchant towards emptiness sizing.

In the US there exists a US standard clothing magnitude.
